How does cash on delivery work?
Choose COD at checkout and pay only the
₹99 delivery charge online — by
Razorpay, PayU, Paytm or by scanning our UPI QR. The rest is paid to the delivery agent in
cash. The advance confirms your slot in the print queue.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay, PayU and Paytm. You can
also scan our own UPI QR from any app (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay) and submit the UTR with a
screenshot — your order confirms immediately while we verify.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Artwork check and printing take 2–4 working days; delivery is a further
3–7 working days across India. You can follow every stage — confirmed, design approved,
printing, QC, packed, shipped — on your order page, with email and SMS updates.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
Custom-printed and made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of
mind, because they're made only for you. If an item arrives damaged, defective or printed
wrongly, tell us within 48 hours with a photo — we reprint or refund, your choice.
What artwork should I upload?
PNG (transparent is best), JPG, WEBP or SVG up to 15 MB. Each print area
shows the exact size in centimetres and the minimum pixels needed at 300 DPI, and we warn
you before a print would look soft. No artwork? Pick from 66 ready anime / 3D designs, type
text, or generate a graphic with AI.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes — a proper GST tax invoice (with HSN-wise tax, CGST/SGST or IGST) is
emailed to you the moment your order is confirmed, and you can download it any time from
your account. Add your GSTIN at checkout for a business invoice.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — team t-shirts, uniforms, event merchandise and corporate gifting.
